Welcome to Big Sky

Our Big Sky Festival ran for the first time in 2011 thanks to funding from Arts Council England.  It is designed to showcase the wealth of artistic talent and opportunity present across North Lincolnshire. 

The festival  is run by the North Lincolnshire Arts Forum - we are grateful to Steven Maxson who chairs the forum.  In 2013 year we also have to thank  Grasp the Nettle and Fold Collective for project managing the festival on behalf of the forum.

The forum have now renamed themselves as Big Sky and want all its members to use this website to publicise their events all year round.    

Membership of the forum is open to constituted arts groups, specialist arts colleges and individuals with an active interest in the arts who work in, or whose members are from North Lincolnshire.

Membership costs just £10 for organisations and £5 for individuals.  In return for the membership fee; members receive the following exclusive benefits:

* inclusion in all Big Sky events

* subsidised rates on stalls at events such as the one at the Baths Hall

* Access to the email database for marketing purposes

* Website access (including training for members)

* Networking opportunities with other artists/performers/promoters

* Voting rights at Big Sky meetings

* Access to training opportunities
