Music Programme 25 copy progchurch10

Saturday 21 June – 10am to 10pm – 5th Annual Epworth Music Day – a day of free music and song. 11 stages throughout the village and also an evening concert in St Andrews Church. All genres of music – acoustic and amplified. 40 groups confirmed.

Are you interested in coming to listen and watch? It’s all free.

As well as the programmed events on Saturday 21 June, there will be 2 pub sessions in Epworth running through the day.

The one featuring mainly singers – led by Epworth Folk – will be at the Mowbray Arms on Mowbray St and the one featuring mainly instrumentalists – led by Katy Robinson and Dave Prebble – will be at the Old School Inn on Battle Green. Both start at noon.

There will also be a ‘Open Stage’ opposite Hattie’s on the High St where you can choose to perform even if you do not have a programmed spot at one of the other 8 venues. The board will go up there at 10am and it will be a matter of ‘first come, first served’.

It will be a great day of music from 10am to 10pm, featuring 40 groups. Why not join them and us and have fun that day in Epworth?
